1. 교육 목적

72Hz Ready의 재난·응급·안전 정보와 활동은 일반 교육과 준비를 위한 것이며 의료·법률·소방·구조 전문서비스가 아닙니다. 실제 응급상황에서는 911과 관계기관의 지시를 우선하십시오.

2. 계정과 자격

서비스는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정 보안을 유지해야 하며 허위·변조 자료나 타인의 자료를 제출할 수 없습니다.

3. 랭크·배지

72Hz 랭크와 내부 배지는 프로그램 참여와 확인 기록입니다. 별도 명시가 없는 한 정부 자격, 전문면허, 강사 자격 또는 현장 지휘권을 부여하지 않습니다.

4. 행사와 예약

정원, 대기, 취소, 장소와 참가 조건은 각 행사 안내를 따릅니다. 안전·날씨·장소 또는 운영상 필요한 경우 행사를 변경·취소하거나 참가를 제한할 수 있으며 별도 웨이버가 필요할 수 있습니다.

5. 행동 기준

괴롭힘, 차별, 위협, 위험 행동, 개인정보 공개, 서비스 방해와 불법행위를 금지하며 안전을 위한 합리적인 지시에 따라야 합니다.

6. 서비스 제한

서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며 변경·중단될 수 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 중단 없는 이용, 완전한 정확성 또는 특정한 교육·안전 결과를 보증하지 않습니다.

7. 지식재산·준거법

72Hz Ready의 이름, 로고, 디자인과 자체 콘텐츠는 관련 권리의 보호를 받습니다. 캘리포니아 법이 적용되며 분쟁은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 로스앤젤레스 카운티에서 처리합니다.

1. Educational Purpose

72Hz Ready safety and preparedness content and activities are for general education. They are not medical, legal, fire, rescue, or other professional services. In an emergency, call 911 and follow public-authority instructions.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

The service is intended for adults 18 or older. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and may not submit false, altered, or another person’s records.

3. Ranks and Badges

72Hz ranks and internal badges reflect participation and verified records. Unless expressly stated, they do not grant government certification, professional licensure, instructor status, or command authority.

4. Events and Reservations

Capacity, waitlist, cancellation, location, and eligibility rules are provided for each event. Events or participation may be changed, cancelled, or limited for safety, weather, venue, eligibility, or operations. A separate waiver may be required.

5. Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe behavior, disclosure of another person’s private information, interference with the service, and unlawful conduct are prohibited.

6. Service Limitations

The service is provided as is and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or a particular educational or safety outcome.

7. Intellectual Property and Law

The 72Hz Ready name, logo, design, and original content are protected. California law governs these Terms, with disputes handled in Los Angeles County to the extent permitted by law.
