72Hz Ready는 캘리포니아주 로스앤젤레스 카운티에서 Troy Lee가 운영하는 비법인 커뮤니티 프로젝트입니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제 및 문의는 troy@72hz.org로 요청할 수 있습니다.

2. 웹사이트 분석 정보

Google Analytics를 통해 방문 페이지, 대략적인 지역, 기기·브라우저 유형, 유입 경로, 체류·참여와 주요 버튼 사용 통계를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이름·이메일·회원 활동기록·자격증 파일·민감한 URL 매개변수는 Analytics에 보내지 않으며 맞춤형 광고 신호를 비활성화합니다.

3. 앱에서 수집하는 정보

계정 정보, 언어 설정, 랭크·배지·활동·출석·오리엔테이션 기록, 행사 예약과 동의, 자격증 심사 자료, 문의와 선택적 첨부파일을 수집할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 Firebase Authentication이 처리하며 72Hz Ready의 Firestore에 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 이용 목적과 제공자

인증, 회원·예약·출석 관리, 안전 동의, 프로그램 운영, 문의 대응, 보안과 부정사용 방지를 위해 사용합니다. Google Firebase와 Google Analytics가 서비스 제공자로서 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 판매·광고

개인정보를 판매하지 않고 교차 문맥 행동광고를 위해 공유하지 않으며 맞춤형 광고를 운영하지 않습니다.

6. 보관·삭제·권리

운영과 법적 의무에 필요한 기간만 보관하며 회원은 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 사고·보험·분쟁·보안 또는 법률상 보존이 필요한 자료는 즉시 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다.

7. 보안·연령·변경

HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, 역할 기반 접근과 최소수집 원칙을 사용합니다. 서비스는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이메일로 알립니다.

1. Operator and Contact

72Hz Ready is an unincorporated community project operated by Troy Lee in Los Angeles County, California. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information may be sent to troy@72hz.org.

2. Website Analytics

Google Analytics may process pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, referral source, engagement, and key-button usage. We do not send names, email addresses, member activity records, credential files, or sensitive raw URL parameters to Analytics. Advertising-personalization signals are disabled.

3. App Information

The app may collect account information, language, ranks, badges, activity, attendance, orientation, event reservations and consent, credential-review materials, support messages, and optional attachments. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in 72Hz Ready Firestore.

4. Purposes and Providers

Information is used for authentication, member and reservation operations, attendance, safety consent, program administration, support, security, and fraud prevention. Google Firebase and Google Analytics may process information as service providers.

5. No Sale or Behavioral Advertising

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or operate personalized advertising.

6. Retention and Rights

Information is retained only as needed for operations and legal duties. Members may request access, correction, or deletion. Records needed for safety, insurance, disputes, security, or legal preservation may not be deleted immediately.

7. Security, Age, and Changes

We use HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, role-based access, and data minimization. The service is intended for adults 18 or older. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
